Here is what I’ve been eating on the low histamine diet.

Each week I’ll post a food diary with notes and some recipes too.

Week one was a bit hit and miss as work meant I had to eat bread – not on the permitted list. And I made a boo-boo thinking I could eat cow’s milk mozzarella and natural yogurt. Pure buffalo mozzarella is ok – and I think sheep’s milk yogurt is too – I will investigate.
